If you are interested to
apply for our courses; to improve your Persian skills in a natural environment;
to get familiar with the Persian literature, culture, and history; to attend
Persian for specific purposes courses; to attend our seasonal schools; and to
visit Iran and Isfahan, you are kindly requested to do the following steps:
1. Follow the link, http://old.saorg.ir:8081/application.php, to the online registration system of the Ministry of
Science, Research and Technology (MSRT), and complete the related form.
Note 1: The forms will require you to insert the code of the
center you are applying for. Our code is “305”.
Note 2: Your CV is one the required
documents. You need to upload your CV in the
place where the system asks
you to uopload your academic degree.
- After you complete your registration, the system gives you
a reference code. Do not forget to send us the code in your email.
2. Fill in the visa application form (from here) and send it (in a word format) along with the following documents to our
visa desk at:ictp@dean.ui.ac.ir
- The color scan of the front page of your passport
- Your color personal photo. The photo must be recent, in a
JPEG format and less than 500 KB and more than 10 KB (Females are kindly asked
to take their photos with hijab)
- Your CV
Note: It is important to mention that, you need to follow all
aforementioned steps only if you want to participate in face-to-face
instructions and study in Isfahan. For our online course, you need to simply

Notes:
- The visa application form has some fields that ask for
information such as your acceptance type. Please leave them blank if they are
not applicable to you.
- Visa application process usually takes up about two months.
To avoid any delays, you’d better send us the required documents at least two
months before your arrival.
- A reference number will be assigned to you upon the
completion of the visa application process. We will send you the number as soon
as we receive it. You should have that number to get your visa from the Iranian
embassy in your country.
- Please inform us about the exact date of your arrival and
your selected accommodation type for the reservation and arrangement purposes.
saorg.ir Registration Tutorial
To register at www.saorg.ir, you need to fill out 5 forms in
total.
In the first form, you need to fill out your personal
information and your passport information.
In the second form, you need to provide your academic
information such as your degree and the field you want to study in Iran. This
form will also require you to insert the code of our center (305). You need to
select “Persian
language learner” as your level of study and Persian
language (code: 1080) as your chosen field. You
need to upload
your CV instead of your academic degree. Your
personal CV is one the required documents without which visa processing will
not start.
In the third step, you need to introduce two members of your
family (preferably your parents) and fill out only their introductory
information. Next, you need to state your contact details including: your
residence address, telephone number, and email address.
Finally, you need to request for a visa, while different types
of visas are included in the list. It is important to mention that you need to
select “Educational visa”.
In the last page, you ought to upload your personal photo
(Females are kindly asked to take their photos with hijab), passport, academic
certificate, and CV images. It is very important to mention that, the images
that you aim to upload, should meet technical requirements of the website.
First of all, you can only upload files with jpg format. If they do not meet
the website’s requirements (standard height, width, resolution, and quality are
exactly specified), you need to resize them. To do so, you can use many free
online image resize software like: (www.img2go.com/resize-image).
Once you uploaded your files successfully and proceeded to the
next page, a “reference code” will be issued for you. Please note that you need
to keep a record of your reference code for future steps of your application.
