The Faculty of Geographical Sciences and Planning, evolving from its inception as the Department of Geography in 1966, has been a cornerstone of academic excellence. Renamed in 2010, the faculty boasts three dynamic departments: Geography and Rural Planning, Geography and Urban Planning, and Physical Geography.
