The University of Isfahan proudly celebrates the outstanding achievements of three of its students, who have secured first place in national team selection competitions and earned the opportunity to represent Iran in prestigious international sporting events.

In fencing, Sadra Hosseini claimed first place in the senior national team selection competition for the foil discipline, qualifying to compete at the Asian Fencing Championships in India.

In taekwondo, Yasaman Limouchi achieved first place in the Iranian national team selection competition and secured a place at the Asian Poomsae Championships, currently being held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, where she will represent the country on the continental stage.

Meanwhile, Fatemeh Yousefi won first place in the national university team selection competition for karate, earning qualification for the World University Karate Championships in Brazil, scheduled to take place later this year.

These remarkable accomplishments reflect the dedication, perseverance, and athletic excellence of University of Isfahan students. They also demonstrate the university’s continued commitment to fostering well-rounded individuals who excel not only in academic pursuits but also in national and international sports competitions.
