32 University of Isfahan Faculty Members Recognized Among Iran’s Highly Cited Researchers in Humanities

According to the latest report released in 1404 (2025) by the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC), the list of Iran’s highly cited researchers in the fields of humanities, social sciences, and arts has been officially announced.

Based on this report, the University of Isfahan ranks first nationwide in terms of the number of highly cited researchers in the humanities, reaffirming its prominent position in knowledge production and academic impact in these disciplines. A total of 32 faculty members from the University of Isfahan have been included in the ISC list, marking the highest representation among Iranian universities in this field.

The presence of such a significant number of highly cited scholars reflects the University of Isfahan’s sustained commitment to research excellence, scholarly productivity, and impactful contributions to the humanities and social sciences at both national and international levels.

This achievement is expected to further enhance opportunities for international academic collaboration, increase global research visibility, and strengthen Iran’s standing in the global academic community in the humanities and social sciences.
