University of Isfahan Professor Honored as National Researcher of the Year

Dr. Omid Moeini Jazi, a professor at the University of Isfahan, was awarded the title of National Researcher of the Year at the 25th National Festival for Distinguished Researchers, Innovators, and Technologists. He received his certificate of recognition from the Minister of Science, Research, and Technology.

The festival took place on December 16, 2024, coinciding with Research Day at Shahid Beheshti University, where key figures from the Ministry of Science and various universities gathered to honor 28 distinguished academic researchers, two health researchers, one skill-based researcher, and eight young researchers.

Dr. Moeini Jazi, who holds a degree in Polymer Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology, has an impressive record, including being named the Model Lecturer in Chemical Engineering in 2018, ranking among the top 30 researchers at the University of Isfahan based on Q1 article citations from Web of Science, and publishing over 70 articles in prestigious international and domestic journals. He has also led more than eight research projects in adhesive and resin development, focusing on applications in aerospace and satellite industries.

This recognition underscores Dr. Mohi Ein-Jazi’s significant contributions to engineering and research, solidifying his position as a leading figure in his field.
