Research

University of Isfahan Nucleic Acids Lab (UINA Lab) is dedicated on experimental and computational research on nucleic acids. UINA Lab is focused on remarkable aspects of single stranded DNA molecules (ssDNAs), including DNAzymes, aptamers, molecular beacons and HRP mimicking deoxyribozymes. Development of molecular biology tools that their performance is dependent on ssDNAs, in addition to development and expansion of current online tools for in silico analysis of nucleic acids are the two main projects in our lab. In this respect, UINA Lab is proud to present UINA Tools. UINA Tools is a collection of molecular biology tools and web servers and web applications that have been developed in UINA Lab, many of which in collaboration with international and national research groups.
