The publishing department of the University of Isfahan publishes more than 37 scientific journals in humanities, basic sciences, and engineering technology subjects in the journals department.

All scientific journals of the University of Isfahan are published according to the Creative Commons licenses related to each journal in order to comply with the conditions of open access. These journals employ members of the International Editorial Board, follow the rules of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), and faithfully adhere to the executive regulations for the effective prevention and combating fraud in scientific work. Many of the journals have been indexed in international specialized indexes regarding the quality of the articles and adhering to the infrastructure standards for journals of the University of Isfahan. In addition, 4 journals out of the journals of the University of Isfahan are indexed in the international citation databases of Web of Science and Scopus.

The process of publishing articles
- The article will be published online as soon as it is accepted and preparation steps (Persian and English editing, page layout) are fulfilled.
- The author will be notified of the online publication date and DOI as soon as the article is published online.
- The publication time may differ in each journal.

Duties and responsibilities of the publisher
- The journal is committed to announcing that the decisions made about the received articles are only based on specialized and professional judgments and are far from personal interests.
- The journal is committed to protecting the academic and research records of the authors.
- The journal controls the editor, scientific secretaries, the editorial board, and the judges for adhering to ethical principles.
- The journal always checks all articles for possible plagiarism, fraud, and misconduct.
- The journal will make necessary corrections, explanations, and withdrawals when needed.
- The journal will deal with misconduct if any is proven.
Based on indicators including content, quality of articles, adhering to refereeing principles, indexing in international databases, scientific publication standards, adhering to the principles of publication ethics, and technical infrastructures, the journals of the University of Isfahan have international ratings, as well as A & B ratings of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology.
