The responsibilities of the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration approved by the State Administrative and Employment Affairs Organization in 1990 are as follows:

. Developing policies in line with University’s general objectives for the subordinate units as well as promulgating current legislations and regulations to the relevant units.

. Supervising the proper implementation of administrative, financial and service affairs of the University with regard to the relevant regulations
